As one of the world’s most influential textile and fashion sourcing events, Première Vision Paris brings together fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and fashion brands from around the globe. This year’s exhibition focused on key industry themes including sustainable materials, low-carbon manufacturing, and supply chain digitalization. The launch of the Dyeverse™ TDSD® fabric collection, jointly presented by High Fashion Group and ValleyDelta, attracted significant attention for its strong alignment with the textile industry’s ongoing transformation toward sustainability and innovation.
By leveraging ValleyDelta’s TDSD® (Textile Digital Smart Dyeing) technology, fabrics can achieve substantial environmental benefits compared with conventional dyeing methods, including up to 99% reduction in water consumption, 21% reduction in chemical usage, and significantly lower overall energy consumption. At the same time, the process delivers 5 to 10 times higher production efficiency, with maximum dyeing speeds reaching 80 meters per minute. TDSD® technology is compatible with knitted fabrics and a wide range of fiber compositions. When combined with sustainable materials such as recycled and bio-based fibers, it can further reduce the lifecycle carbon footprint of textile products.
Driven by China’s national carbon reduction goals and policy initiatives such as the EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) framework, the textile printing and dyeing industry is accelerating its transition toward low-carbon and digitalized manufacturing. With its measurable energy-saving and emissions-reduction performance, TDSD® technology provides strong support for companies seeking regulatory compliance while enhancing their international competitiveness. During the exhibition, representatives from leading fabric manufacturers and global fashion brands expressed strong interest in ValleyDelta’s digital dyeing technology and engaged in extensive discussions on future collaboration opportunities.
Built around this core technology, ValleyDelta has developed an integrated solution encompassing digital inkjet dyeing equipment, advanced ink materials, and intelligent color management systems. Today, TDSD® digital dyeing production lines have been deployed at scale across multiple enterprises and are serving international brand supply chains worldwide. By helping the textile printing and dyeing industry transition from traditional manufacturing to a more digitalized, low-carbon, and efficient model, ValleyDelta is creating future-ready solutions that enable partners to expand product possibilities, optimize production processes, and pursue more resilient and sustainable growth.
