By leveraging ValleyDelta’s TDSD® (Textile Digital Smart Dyeing) technology, fabrics can achieve substantial environmental benefits compared with conventional dyeing methods, including up to 99% reduction in water consumption, 21% reduction in chemical usage, and significantly lower overall energy consumption. At the same time, the process delivers 5 to 10 times higher production efficiency, with maximum dyeing speeds reaching 80 meters per minute.
